01 — Context
The Binding Authority of Terms
By accessing Leadory (leadory.site) or any of our proprietary mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease all use of our services immediately.
Leadory provides high-performance mobile gaming applications and analytical content tailored for the Italian market. Our services are provided "as-is" and are subject to the regulatory frameworks of Italy, specifically regarding digital entertainment and consumer protection.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued engagement with our platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to monitor this page for adjustments.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from the use of Leadory services shall be settled in the courts of Rome. We operate under strict compliance with the Dignity Decree (Decreto Dignità) concerning gaming advertising and platform transparency.

Proprietary Rights & Ownership
All original content, designs, logos, software, and gaming mechanics integrated within Leadory.site and our apps are the exclusive property of Leadory.
- No unauthorized reproduction of visual components
- Zero tolerance for reverse engineering of APK/IPA files
- Protected trademark "Leadory" and related branding
03 — Accountability Checklist
Who can use Leadory applications?
Users must be at least 18 years of age. By using our service, you represent that you meet the legal age requirements in Italy. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.
Is account sharing permitted?
No. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity performed under your account is deemed your responsibility.
What constitutes "Abuse of Service"?
Abuse includes but is not limited to: utilizing automated bots, exploiting software bugs for unfair advantages, or attempting to compromise server security.
Can access be terminated without notice?
Yes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our conduct policies or engage in suspicious behavior without prior warning.
Are virtual items refundable?
Generally, virtual currencies or in-app items are non-refundable. Please review specific app store policies for external payment disputes.
04 — Reliability
Performance & Liability
We aim for peak stability, but mobile gaming environments are subject to hardware and network variables beyond our control.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, server upgrades, and regional network outages in rural Italy may interrupt access.
Device Compatibility
Leadory apps are optimized for current iOS and Android versions. We are not liable for performance degradation on legacy hardware.
Data Accuracy
Analytic data, leaderboards, and payout odds are provided for informational purposes and may fluctuate based on real-time engine calculations.
Indirect Loss
Leadory holds no liability for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from app downtime or data loss.
The Regulatory Stipulation
Leadory's operations are strictly informational and recreational. We do not provide financial advice, nor do we facilitate illegal cross-border gaming activities. Our platform serves as a lead generation and content hub for licensed applications only.
